Court is informed that the examination of the accused under 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure scheduled to be undertaken on March 5, 2025.

Commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM (NDPS) 1732 of 2024 is dismissed.
