The present criminal revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceedings u/s 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being M.F. 1754/2022 dated 21.11.2022 pending before the Executive Magistrate, Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas. The matter was last heard on 06.12.2022.

There is no representation on behalf of either side. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The rvisional application being CRR 4349 of 2022 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
