The injured suffered injury from a bomb blast. His ankle was blown off. He names the petitioner as one of the assailants. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer of anticipatory bail is rejected.
