None appears on behalf of the opposite party. It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 13.01.2010 passed by the learned Trial Court. By passing the impugned order learned Trial Court rejected the petition filed by the plaintiffs praying for filing additional pleadings.

It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 3522 of 2010 is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
