However, Naihati Municipality is represented by the learned advocate who has submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 16th June, 2023 a notice was served upon the learned advocate for the petitioner on 20th June, 2023. The said notice dated 20th June, 2023 is placed before this Court which is taken on record.

On 16th June, 2023 no one appeared for the petitioner.

It appears petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
