The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the written test was conducted in 2017. The petitioners were successful. The Viva voce was conducted in 2020. Without following the recruitment procedure and without giving weightage to the scores in the written test, the merit list had been published. A pick and choose policy had been adopted. The candidates who secured higher marks in the written test, were left out. The learned advocate for the petitioners also submits that in spite of the bar, graduates had been selected. The writ petition is lacking in materials particulars. In the absence of proper pleadings and proper evidence in support of such pleadings, it would not be proper for the Court to direct the Sub

Divisional Officer, Bankura to look into the allegations against the empanelled candidates. This writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the Sub Divisional Officer, Bankura with specific instances and allegations along with supporting documents in respect of the selection process. If such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law, upon granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, the selected candidates against whom the allegations would be directed and other interested parties. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to all. Steps shall be taken in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within three months from receipt of the petitioners'

representation.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
