Mr. Indrajit Biswas, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the direction of this Court has been complied with. He further submits that, the petitioners are not agreeable with the correctness of the reasoned order.

The correctness and worth of the reasoned order cannot be adjudicated in a contempt proceeding.

In view of the above, since nothing further survives in this proceeding, CPAN 1894 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

The application CPAN 1894 of 2025 stands disposed of.

However, if the petitioners are aggrieved with the reasoned order, they shall be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law, if so advised.
