The writ petitioner challenges an order dated 24th September, 2019 passed by District Inspector of Schools (S.E), Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas in terms of the direction of this Court dated 27th September, 2018 passed in W.P. No. 14542 (W) of 2018.

By the impugned order, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E), Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas has declined approval of the petitioners' appointment as Group-"D" staff in Ariadaha Ramananda Charity Vidyalaya. The District Inspector of Schools (S.E), Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas has found that the appointment of the petitioners was in violation of G.O. No. 1691-SE(S) dated 20th September, 2001 and G.O. No. 1736(21)-GA dated 1st November, 1999.

This Court does not find any infirmity in the order impugned.

In that view of the matter, no interference is called for in this writ petition.

The aforesaid order shall not prevent the School in question from taking steps for recruitment of Group - "D" staff in accordance with the applicable Circulars of the School Education Department, Government of West Bengal.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
