The order dated 09.06.2025 is mentioned for corrections.

In the 4th line of the 4th paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "sanction of land" shall stand corrected to read as "sanction of plan".

In the 3rd line of the paragraph 7 on the second page of the said order, the expression "directing unauthorized construction" shall stand corrected to read as "directing the demolition of unauthorized construction".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 09.06.2025.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

6.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
