Learned Advocate for the respondent-Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits that the property on which the illegal and unauthorized construction is alleged, has been regularized by the respondent-Corporation authorities vide order dated 17.03.2025.

In view of the aforesaid development, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to challenge the order dated 17.03.2025, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
