State and the private respondents are represented. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits on the basis of written instructions that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and on enquiry the police learnt that there is civil suit pending between the private parties. The police submitted a prosecution under Section 107/116(C) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In the facts of the present case, it appears that there is a civil suit pending between the private parties. There are proceedings under Section 144 Cr.P.C. Moreover, there are number of complaints which resulted in enquiries being made by the police and prosecution under Section 107/116(C) Cr.P.C. being submitted. There is also a proceeding under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code. The police taking steps as noted above, further interference by the writ Court is not called for.

W.P.A. 23902 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all legal formalities.
