The District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas is personally present in Court.

It is submitted that as many as four Schools have been approached by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas to make an arrangement to fill up the vacancy to teach the subject of the petitioner in the present school, but in vain. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court does not find any contempt in the matter.

The District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas shall continue to make efforts to seek replacement and thereafter process the petitioner's application for transfer.

The personal appearance of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas is dispensed with.

In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
