Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Chairman, South 24-Parganas District Primary School Council has failed and/or neglected to consider a representation made by the petitioner way back in 3rd December, 2011.

Learned counsel appearing for the Chairman and the Secretary, South 24-Parganas District Primary School Council submits that as the panel got exhausted in 2012 there is no scope for consideration of the representation. As the representation made by the petitioner was much ahead before exhaustion of the panel, this Court directs the Chairman, South 24-Parganas District Primary School Council to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 3rd December, 2011 being Annexure P-6 to this writ application within a period of one month from the date of service of copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition to the Chairman.

The Chairman, South 24-Parganas District Primary School Council is also requested to pass necessary orders

and supply a copy of the same to the writ petitioner at an earliest.

This writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
