However, there is a doubt as to who have made the mistake in putting the date of birth.

The Board says that it is the mistake of the petitioner himself.

The petitioner says that he never made any mistake in putting the date of birth.

Whatever be the situation, I direct the Deputy Secretary of the Board to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner when the petitioner will produce all his original certificates and papers relating to his date of birth and after hearing the petitioner the Deputy

Secretary will take steps on the basis of the hearing and the originals of the documents as to his date of birth. Such action is to be taken by four weeks from date. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
