The petitioners apprehend dispossession at the hands of the private respondents.

The learned advocate representing the private respondents denies the allegation of the petitioners. 3.

It appears from record that Title Suit, being No.216 of 2023, is pending consideration in the court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 2nd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. An order was passed by the learned court on 11th April, 2023 directing the parties to maintain status quo in respect of their respective physical possession, nature and character of the schedule property.

According to the petitioners, the private respondents are acting in violation of the order of injunction passed by the learned court below.

The present writ petition is disposed of by directing the parties to act in strict compliance of the ad interim

injunction passed by the learned court below. In the event of any violation, the same may be brought to the notice of the learned court below.

The police shall ensure that the order passed by the learned court below is not violated by any of the parties.

7.

The report filed by the Sonarpur Police Station is retained with the record.
