1. Petitioner submits there was a free fight at the time of immersion of idol. He has been falsely implicated. He prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Incident occurred on the spur of the moment. Injuries are not grievous.

4. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSSD 2023 and that petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
