The petitioner has filed this present application on the allegation that the alleged contemnor has not complied with the order passed by this Court on 24th February, 2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the copy of the order of the appellate court dated 11th July, 2024 wherein the appeal filed by the contemnor is dismissed. The appellate court had extended the time to pay the proceeds of the bank

guarantee for a further period of fortnight from the date of order.

In view of the order passed by the appellate court, the CPAN 1539 of 2023 has become infructuous.
