The petitioners submit that a sum of Rs.48,520/- has been paid to his client by the said Tanusree Maity. It is, however, submitted that the petitioners have not received the share of Leave Encashment on account of the deceased son's service.

Mr. Jahan, learned advocate appearing for the contemnor No.2 submits that if Leave Encashment has not been paid as submitted by the said Tanusree Maity, the same shall be made available to the beneficiaries in terms of their lawful shares in accordance with law as soon as possible.

Investigation into the FIR registered by the Police shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from date.

The personal presence of Smt. Tanusree Maity is dispensed with a warning, not to indulge in the acts complained of in the writ petition, in future.

Accordingly, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
