1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a habitual offender. He made false promises to marry other women and cohabited with them. He also misappropriated their properties. In view of the prior criminal record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
