CRA No. 576 of 2014 With CRAN 3 of 2022 In the matter of an application for bail under Section 389 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in ST No. 217 of 2009 and order dated 27.8.2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Howrah, FTC-II.

And In Re : Sk Babua @ Sariful Sk- petitioner Mr. Habibur Rahaman...for the petitioner Mr. Anwar Hossain Ms. Sujata Das ... for the State Mr. Habibur Rahaman, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and moves CRAN 3 of 2022. He submits that the appellant was granted bail by this Court vide its order dated 5.2.2015 and he availed of the said bail. The matter did not come up for hearing subsequently and on 14.12.2021, the Court taking up the matter was pleased to cancel the bail on the grounds therein.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the paper book is ready and the appeal may be heard finally. Considering all these facts, the prayer for renewal of bail is allowed in the interest of justice. The appellant is granted bail of Rs. 5,000/- with two sureties of 2,500/- each

to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.
