1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of Kotwali Police Station in respect of FIR No. 988 of 2022 dated 22nd September, 2022 under Sections 447/376/313/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The police submits that investigation has been completed and charge-sheet being C.S. No. 256 of 2023 dated 9th March, 2023 has been filed under Sections 447/376/313/506/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 6(1) of the POCSO Act against the accused persons.

4. The petitioner has further complained that the accused persons, in furtherance of his threat of publishing private photographs of his daughter, has gone ahead and published the same.

5. Kotwali Police Station has registered a further FIR being No.322 dated 10th April, 2023 under Sections 341/325/354B/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

6. Let investigation into the subject FIR be expedited and completed as expeditiously as possible.

7. If any photographs or videos of the petitioner's daughter are indicated by the petitioner to the Officerin-charge, Kotwali Police Station, the police shall ensure that the same are immediately deleted by the service provider and/or Managers of the platform in question. The police shall also seize the media in which photographs and objectionable videos of the petitioner's daughter are stored by the accused persons.

8. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

9. There will be no order as to costs.
