Mr. Syed Nasirul Hossain ....for the petitioner Mr. Srijan Nayak Mrs. Rituparna Maitra Mr. Arindam Mitra .....for the WBSEDCL The petitioner submits that there has been an out of Court settlement in respect of the disputes between the petitioner and West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL). Pursuant to such settlement, the petitioner is not willing to proceed further in the matter. A written communication dated 17th December, 2020 from the petitioner to his learned advocate in this regard is made over to the Court and the same is taken on record. A photocopy of the said written communication is retained by returning the original copy of the same. The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution without any order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
