Mr. Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader on the basis of the written instruction of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Kolkata, the respondent no.3 herein submits that the audit of the school is complete. He files copy of the said instruction dated July 12, 2023, let it be kept with the record.

The petitioner was the Headmistress of Barisha Asar Vidyapith for Girls, Kolkata, on superannuation, she has retired from her said service on July 31, 2022. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the Pension Payment Order has been issued but for the refusal of the present Teacher-in-Charge of the school, the respondent no.6 herein to issue the 'No Liability Certificate', she has not received her retiral benefits till date.

On perusal of the aforementioned instruction, it appears that there is no allegation of financial irregularities against the petitioner.

The respondent no.6, therefore, is directed to upload the said 'No Liability Certificate' in the relevant portal within a week from date of communication of this order enabling the respondent no.3 to take immediate necessary steps for disbursement of the retiral benefits to the petitioner. WPA 26310 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
