The present revision has been preferred against the order dated 08.07.2022 passed in the Misc. Case No. 50 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Amta, Howrah. By the said order under revision, the learned Magistrate has only registered the Misc. Case fixing 12.09.2022 for S/R and appearance.

This Court finds that the revison is not maintainable and thus dismissed.

The petitioner has also not appeared before the Court today.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4352 of 2022 stands dismissed as 'not maintainable'.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
