And In Re : Apurba Biswas & Ors. ..... petitioners Mr. Anindya Ghosh Mr. Pronojit Roy .....for the petitioners Md. Zubain Alam Ms. Chandreyi Dutta ....for the State Mr. Surajit Basu ..... for defacto complainant 1.

Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners have amicably resolved their matrimonial dispute and are living together as husband and wife. In view of the aforesaid development, we are of the opinion no worthwhile purpose would be served in committing the petitioners to custody. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya

Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.

4. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed.
