The writ petitioner is aggrieved that appropriate sections have not been included in the investigation of the police, which has resulted in Charge Sheet No. 116 of 2022 dated 30th May, 2022 under Sections 448/323/354/427/506/509/34 of the IPC.

The petitioner is aggrieved that although ingredients of Sections 354 and 379 of the IPC are available, the I. O. has not included the same. Learned counsel for the State submits that charge sheet has been filed in the matter being C. S. No. 317 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022 under Sections 354B and 379 of the IPC in addition to the Sections already filed in the principal charge sheet.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. All orders of the Magistrate including the one restraining the private respondents from entering into the petitioner's

premises shall be strictly complied with and implemented by the Aushgram Police Station.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
