Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which Misc. Case No. 114 of 2022 is proceeding before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd court, Bishnupur, Bankura. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that till date the prayer for interim maintenance is yet to be disposed of by the learned Magistrate and for one reason or the other the respondent/opposite party is seeking accommodation. In case the application for interim maintenance is still pending, the learned Magistrate would dispose of the same on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter. Learned Magistrate would thereafter fix regular date for trial so far as the main case is concerned. The learned Magistrate would see to that the main proceedings are concluded by 31st December, 2024. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4352 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this
