1. Heard learned lawyers for both parties.

2. Petitioner fired at the victim. Medical report corroborates the allegation. Co-accused who is on bail was not present at the place of occurrence.

3. In view of the extent of involvement of the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
