Union of India None appears for the petitioner on repeated calls. The present revision has been preferred praying for expeditious disposed of NDPS Case No. N 116/2019 arising out of Case F.No. VIII (10)67/EXP/CL/BSF/PPU/2019-20 dated 31.01.2019 under Section 8(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985, now pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas. The present revision has not been moved till date. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner today on repeated calls.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the revisional application being CRR 4356 of 2022 is disposed of directing the trial Court to make all efforts to dispose of the case pending proceeding as expeditiously as possible, if not already disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
