The petitioner is aggrieved that the Mollarpur Police Station, Birbhum has not investigated into a complaint against the private respondents for having forcibly obtained execution of title deed of property in their favour.

The Mollarpur Police Station, Birbhum has registered an FIR being Mollarpur PS Case No. 242 of 2022 dated 04.12.2022 on the petitioner's complaint.

It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIR be completed mandatorily and positively, within a period of 2 months from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

The report of the Mollarpur Police Station, Birbhum dated 05.12.2022 is kept with the record.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
