1. Sufficient cause being shown for not being able to file the memorandum of appeal within the period of limitation.

3. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay is allowed and disposed of.

4. In view of the fact that the issue involved in this appeal has already been decided, we dispose of this appeal on the basis of the order passed by a coordinate Bench which extends the benefit to all persons similarly placed.

5. The appeal and the connected application stand disposed of on the basis of the judgement passed by the co-ordinate Bench dated 13th April, 2023 in MAT 1594 of 2018.
