Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits victim is a dancing girl and has made similar allegation against others. Petitioner is a floor manager in the Bar where victim was working. She has been falsely implicated. She prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. We have gone through the statement of the victim girl. She stated that petitioner and others induced her to come to Kolkata on the false promise of giving her modeling assignment. Thereafter petitioner and others conspired to subject her to sexual exploitation. These materials prima facie disclose role of the

petitioner in an organized crime activity to use the victim for sexual exploitation on the false promise and/or inducement of giving her modeling assignment. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
