Learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that respondent Howrah Municipal Corporation has passed a speaking order dated 24.2.2026 and as such, the order dated 15.7.2025 has been complied with.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present contempt application and the same is disposed of in terms of the compliance report.

The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law if the need arises.
