None appears for the petitioner on repeated calls. The present revision has been preferred against the order dated 17.06.2022 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta, in connection with Complaint Case No. 28228 of 2022 under Section 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The present revision has not been moved till date. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner today on repeated calls.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4354 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
