Seeking cancellation of a panel prepared on the basis of an interview held on 21st November, 2006, the present writ petition was preferred.
I am of the considered view that by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
