No.2 The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceeding relating to Jorasanko Police Station Case No.150 of 2019 dated 11.06.2019 alleging offences under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The police authorities on conclusion of investigation submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional Court. The materials collected by the Investigating Agency in the present case contains statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the complainant/victim as also the injury report. There are statements under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having considered the nature of allegations complained of and the materials so collected by the Investigating Officer, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this stage. Petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the points in this revisional application at the appropriate stage. With this aforesaid observation, C.R.R. 4355 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
