1. Learned Advocate representing the Commission submits, upon instruction that, Manoj Kumar Jana, the cited candidate in the 2nd SLST, will also not be awarded any marks on account of prior teaching experience as he is a contractual teacher.

2. The stand of the Commission is that marks on account of prior teaching experience are not being awarded to any contractual teacher.

3. In view of such submission, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the instant writ petition.

4. The writ petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished after completion of all requisite formalities.
