The petitioner is absconding in respect of a police case of July 20, 2011.

In view of the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5592 of 2022 is dismissed.
