Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client's grievance has been redressed since after filing of the instant writ petition and his client does not wish to proceed with the instant application any further.

Let a copy of the charge sheet be made available to the counsel for the petitioner by the Serampore Police Station, Hooghly, in respect of FIR No. 312 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022, within 10 days from date.

Accordingly, the instant application shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

5.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
