The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Parnasree Police Station, in respect of a complaint dated 15.11.2022.

Counsel for the State submits that an FIR being Parnasree PS Case No. 446 dated 02.12.2022 was registered and investigation has been completed. Charge sheet being Parnasree PS Charge Sheet No. 112 of 2023 dated 04.06.2023 has been filed.

The petitioner may obtain a copy of the charge sheet from the Parnasree Police Station, within a period of 15 days from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Parnasree Police Station dated 15.06.2023 is kept with the record.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
