The learned advocate for the writ petitioner submits that the cause of action for filing the writ petition does not survive at present. The writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission, WPA 25304 of 2016 stands dismissed as being 'infructuous'. No separate order is required to be passed in the connecting application as the writ petition itself has been dismissed.
