Learned counsel for the respondent appears and submits that the respondent has complied with the order dated 20.05.2024 passed by this Court in WPA 26209/2023. Learned counsel for the respondent handed over the compliance affidavit along with the speaking order dated 05.12.2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Paschim Midnapore. Compliance affidavit is taken on record. Copy of the compliance affidavit is also supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Magistrate, Paschim Midnapore passed the speaking order dated 05.12.2024 without considering the representation dated 28.10.2023 filed by the Petitioner.

After examining speaking order dated 05.12.2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Paschim Midnapore, this Court is of

the considered view that the said order was passed after considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2023. In view of the compliance affidavit filed by the Respondent, the present contempt petition is disposed of. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said speaking order dated 05.12.2024, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
