It is submitted co-accused has been granted bail. He prays for bail on the ground of inordinate delay in trial.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who has been enlarged on bail.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
