Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of injured and other witnesses show petitioner was a member of a group who fired at the victim. As a result the victim suffered gunshot injuries.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
