Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing online for the contempt applicant has submitted that under cover of letter dated November 20, 2024, the copy of the order has been served upon the alleged contemnors. But since thereafter no steps have been taken by the alleged contemnors complying the Court's order.

It is found proper to direct the petitioner to serve a copy of this contempt application upon the alleged contemnor and file an affidavit of service to that effect on the next date of hearing.

Let this matter be adjourned for two weeks and listed on the next date of sitting of this Court after two weeks.
