Petitioners submit no narcotics was recovered from their possession. They pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned lawyer for the State submits petitioner has criminal antecedents.

We have considered the materials on record. No narcotics was recovered from his possession. Their complicity has transpired from statement of co-accused which is inadmissible. Investigation is complete.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., Afroj Bibi, Sadenur Bewa @ Sajenur Bewa and Sultan Sk be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Signed By :
