After hearing the petitioner, it appears that Sajal Das whom the petitioner claims to be her husband is admittedly an employee under the Central Public Works Department. The reliefs claimed in this writ petition are directly connected with the employee's service matter.

In view of the provisions of Section 14 read with Section 28 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (in

short, "1985 Act") this Court lacks in jurisdiction to entertain a service related dispute of a person who admittedly holds a civil post under the Union. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh with the self-same cause, if any, in accordance with law before the appropriate Forum under the 1985 Act. The parties are directed to act upon the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this High Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.
