1. Mr. Jishan Iqbal Hossain, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Jahar Lal De, leaned counsel for the State and Mr. Amrita Lal Chatterjee, learned counsel for the respondent no.7 are present.

2. The principal prayer of the petitioners is to ensure that the illegal and unauthorized trucks do not enter the petitioners' village. The Government has filed a report today by providing copy to the petitioners which shows that a 'height restriction barrier' by the villagers has been installed at the entry of village to prevent the entry of heavy vehicles. Two photographs showing the same have been filed.

3. Considering the aforesaid, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter.
