Mr. Arunava Banerjee Ms. Simantika Dasgupta Ms. Ritika Mondal Sk. Qareeb ... for the applicant This petition alleging contempt of an order of 24.06.2019 passed in W.P. 5623(W) of 2018 is at a nascent stage, since service of the same has not been done by the petitioners.

Mr. Banerjee, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that directions contained in the order of 24.06.2019 primarily to terminate the appointment of candidates of unreserved category in the posts meant for the reserved (scheduled caste and scheduled tribes) category has already been redressed. The second direction that the consequential vacancy from such termination would be filled up by the concerned authority, the contemnors therein, upon such candidates producing requisite documents, has also been complied with.

Nothing remains in this contempt petition as both directions made in the order of 24.06.2019 have been complied with.

The contempt petition being CPAN 1460 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
