Learned counsel for the State submits that investigation has been completed and charge sheet No.86/2023 dated 21st January, 2023 has been filed under sections 302 & 34 of the IPC.

It is also submitted that the charge sheet has been put to committal and the trial has commenced. The matter is fixed for evidence on 3rd July, 2023. 3.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
